The La Crosse Area Planning Committee (LAPC), working in partnership with an SRF-led consultant team, is pleased to share an update on the Brice Prairie Rail Crossing Study, which formally kicked off in July 2026. The study is funded by a Federal Railroad Administration Rail Crossing Elimination Program Grant (2024).
