Our town employees will not be able to answer questions about your property appraisal. It may take some time to hear back, since every property in town has recieved a letter in this revaluation year. This revaluation was required by state law as explained in the letter.
The mill rate cannot be calculated at this time of the year - but will be available later in November or December.
